
Recruitment Process
1. Reviewing Job Postings
- Candidates explore suitable positions on Durkar Carpet’s career page or job listing platforms.
- Job descriptions, requirements, and responsibilities are thoroughly reviewed.
2. Online Application
- Candidates submit their resumes and, if applicable, cover letters via the online application form.
- During the application process, a personality test, a short evaluation question, or a portfolio upload may be requested.
3. Preliminary Screening (CV Review)
- The Human Resources (HR) team evaluates applications based on the position’s requirements.
- Suitable candidates are invited to proceed to the next stage.
4. Phone or Video Interview
- In the initial stage, candidates participate in a brief phone or video interview.
- During this interview, the candidate’s motivation, expectations, and core competencies are assessed.
5. In-Person or Online Interview
- Candidates are invited to a detailed interview with the HR team and/or the relevant department manager.
- The interview focuses on the candidate’s experience, skills, and potential contributions to the company.
6. Reference Check and Evaluation
- References from the candidate’s previous workplaces are contacted to gather information about their performance and working style.
7. Offer Process
- If the candidate is deemed suitable, a job offer is extended.
- The offer includes details about salary, benefits, working hours, and other terms of employment.
8. Recruitment and Orientation (Onboarding Process)
Meeting with team and department members.
Once the candidate accepts the offer, the official recruitment process begins.
