CUSTOMER SATISFACTION POLICY

As DURKAR CARPET, the main purpose of our Customer Satisfaction Policy is "to provide and increase customer satisfaction".

As Durkar Carpet Management, we accept and ensure to act fairly, respectfully and purely in solving our customers' comments and complaints, to accept complaints as a gift to be given by our customers, and to integrate temporary solutions into our system. OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY

As DURKAR CARPET; We are committed to providing a healthy and safe working environment for all our employees within the framework of legal and humanitarian standards. We direct our work with the awareness that all occupational accidents and occupational diseases are preventable. We aim to create a safety culture in all our employees. We act in accordance with legal laws in the working conditions of our young employees, new mothers, women expecting children and our disabled employees. We do not employ child labor and we do not accept to work.

 

PREGNANCY RIGHTS POLICY

Within the scope of 4857/74;

 Women workers should not be employed for a total of 16 weeks, 8 weeks before and 8 weeks after birth.

 In multiple pregnancies, 2 weeks are added to the prenatal leave period. Provided that it is based  on the request of the worker and the doctor's report, it is possible to work until 3 weeks before the     birth, in this case, the unused leave period before the birth can be transferred to the postnatal  period.

Up to 6 months of unpaid leave is given to a worker who makes a written request at the end of this leave. Also; the worker who starts work at the end of the leave will be given 1.5 hours milk leave until the child reaches the age of 1

Employee returning from postnatal leave will continue to have rights before birth

As DURKAR CARPET, we undertake to comply with all our legal responsibilities that should be implemented within the scope of 4857/74.

As DURKAR CARPET; We hereby declare that it is not possible to work against obligations or in return for debt, and that our employees work with our suppliers, customers and employees on a voluntary basis.

As DURKAR CARPET; Together with all our stakeholders, we undertake not to employ slave labor or to engage in human trafficking.

 

PREVENTING HARASSMENT AND MALWARE POLICY

As DURKAR CARPET; We commit that we will implement the necessary practices to prevent verbal, physical, psychological harassment or coercion in order to ensure the peace of the work environment and the happy work of our employees.
